Custom Go.IU URL Request Form

A custom URL uses a keyword that is easy to remember in place of a randomly generated URL. For example, the word “music” could be used for a custom URL, as in https://go.iu.edu/music.

The custom URLs keywords are case sensitive. Ensure you type them exactly as provided for accurate navigation. For example, 'Music' and 'music' would lead to different destinations.

You will receive an email from ServiceNow upon completing this form. Requests for custom Go.IU URLs are reviewed by UITS Enterprise Experience within two business days. If you have an emergency request or don’t hear from us within two business days, you can follow up by contacting  UITS Enterprise Experience.
